The team at Briar Rose Flowers did the majority of our flower needs for our wedding earlier in 2016.
It was one of their first jobs they took on with their changeover in business owners, and they were happy to oblige and accommodate us. This team were remarkable in everything that they did and provided for us.
In our two prior consultations, they showed professionalism coupled with initiative and creativity.
They tackled our specific needs with enthusiasm and willingness, offering to source specific flower types and produce eclectic displays of flowers too!
Their correspondence and clarity of pricing and availability of bouquets/flower types as well as communication of what could and couldn't be done was precise, knowledgeable, and at all times cordial and respectful.
They even made the trip down to both our destinations (bridal venue and church venue) on the day to order and organise everything, and to make sure everything that was needed was there.
All in all, the team at Briar Rose Flowers show an excellence in customer service and expertise that you just do not typically hear of.
In all aspects of their service to us, they were excellent and wonderful to work with.
